A. Child: The Parent/Child Trauma Recovery Program combines relational psychotherapy for children who have witnessed domestic violence with advocacy safety planning for the non-offending parent and their children.
B. Adult: Advocacy services: legal advocacy, emergency shelter and housing, individual counseling and support groups, safety planning and 24-hour hotline.
C. Family: Crisis intervention and stabilization in the event of a domestic homicide; crisis mental health assessments and stabilization for HAWC shelter and community-based residents.
D. Other: Assessment of trauma symptoms in children ages 0-12; summer camp slots, services also provided in French, Spanish and Portuguese; Certified Deaf Interpreters provided; immigration advocacy, Probate and Family Court advocacy; collaboration with mental health and substance abuse providers; transportation funds to treatment; therapeutic groups for pre-school children.
Age range: 0-12 years and their non-offending parent.
